PNPO-G1 is a high-performance eco-friendly halogen-free flame retardant,ROHS complied. PNPO-G1 doesn’t contain ammonium polyphosphate (APP).It can replace ADEKA FP-2200S with similar performance and lower cost.

Characteristics:

Processing instruction:
1. PNPO-G1 don’t contain Anti-dropping agent . Customer need to choose proper anti-dropping agent as required.
2. The twin-screw extruder`s processing temperature should not be too high(below 230℃). Meanwhile, we should maintain a certain vacuum in order to make the material more stable.
3. Choosing proper filler and control dosage .Normally ,the filler will reduct Flame retardant efficiency.
4. Meeting the standard of IEC60695-2-13 GWIT850℃(2.0mm)and IEC60695-2-12 GWFI 960℃
(2.0mm).
