EP AW Lubricant Additives for Greases and oils
Organic Anti-Wear (AW) and Extreme Pressure (EP) additives act to reduce wear by depositing a surface film due to the mechanism of thermal decomposition. The AW and EP effectiveness is based on the degree of decomposition products in the zone of high friction and heat, thus suffer from thermal instability.

Our company based on the comprehensive research, research to develop the new generation of high-performance borate additive for lubricating grease. Borate as lubricating greases and anti-wear extreme pressure agent has a series of advantages.
Performance characteristics:
·Excellent extreme pressure anti-wear performance, the general increase in the amount of 1-3% when the product PB value of up to 1000N above;
·Long service life, because it’s an inertness EPAW additives, and low use consumption;
·Adaptability of metallic materials more widely, and contains phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine additives, has obvious selectivity for metallic materials;
·No toxicity, odor, will not cause corrosion of metals ;
·Good high temperature performance, still has good anti-wear extreme pressure performance at high temperature above 250 ℃;
·For polyurea grease, lithium grease, lithium complex grease, aluminum complex grease are all applicable, does not destroy the gel structure of the grease, does not affect the other physical and chemical properties of the grease, especially does not affect the water resistance of the grease itself;
·Good compatibility with the other active additives contain phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine, improving quality when complex use with this additives.
