  The Floating texture agent KC4030, composited of acrylate copolymer, is a surfactant. It can be used in special texture art powder coatings. It can provide wrinkles, hammer and art pattern effect after blending, externally added into the powder coating by adjusting surface tension and tension gradient of melting powder coating.

  2. Product Properties
  The curing temperature has little effect the texture uniform and stable, three-dimensional sense strong.
  Suitable for pure epoxy, epoxy / polyester, pure polyester, polyurethane powder coating systems.
  Low usage and low-cost.
  3. Usage
  This product is used as external adding powder coating; the dosage is 0.05%-1% of the formula total amount. a certain range，with the dosage of floating flower agent increasing , the wrinkles texture becomes small, and the finer is the particle size of floating flower agent, the smaller is the wrinkles texture. the large pattern needs to be thicker to avoid film exposing bottom, and affect pattern effect. Please accorde to the test to determine the specific amount.

  Packaging with PE- lined carboard drum, Net weight 20kg per drum. Sealed packaging, storing in a cool and dry place, reasonable storage shelf life of this product is at least 2 years.
