  Flocking water-based varnish
  1.The product is made from specific resin, suitable for a variety of paper and printing ink. After film formation, flocking surface with smooth feel, performance of abrasion resistance and levelling property is excellent. The product is nontoxic, non-dangerous and in line with environmental protection requirements.

  Appearance: milky white viscous liquid
  Solid content: 30 ± 2%
  Viscosity: 80 ± 5 S /Tu- 4 Cup
  PH : 7.0 -7.5
  Glossiness: ≤30 (60 degree glossmeter, adjust the glossiness according the requirements)
  Performance of Abrasion resistance: 4 pounds pressure with 1000 times or more
  
  3.Application
  Suitable for a variety of paper lustering and processed with screen printer machine, oiling machine and offset printing and dyer machine.
  
  4.Packaging and storage
  Package: 50kg/ drum, 200kg/drum
  High temperature, refrigeration and exposure must be avoided.
  Do not mix with other products, unused product should be sealed.
  The remainder of one package must be sealed for storage.
  
  5.Shelf life
  6 months for sealed state stored
