  Fumed Silica KC2300
  Fumed silica KC2300, its’ composition is white carbon black. With the function of wetting and dispersing among the powder coating particles, and then the particles among them don’t has adhesion and cohesion, thus improve filling power and powder fluidity of powders and can also improve fluid property of powder supply tank. At the same time it has strong moisture absorption ability because of it has the function of large specific surface area, small size and porous, it can effectively prevent powders caking, improve storage stability. Applied in all types of powder coatings system.
  
  Product properties:
  1. Pre-mixing and then extruded together with other materials. Used for improving the corner coverage rate, reduce the fluidity of powders and enhance the hardness of the coating film.
  2. Dry blending. Improve the fluffiness of powders, anti-caking, improve storage stability and speed up flour milling rate, solve the problems of powder pile in spray gun when operation.
  
  Application:
  Pre-mixing and extruded together，the actual dosage shall be based on the test in laboratory; dry-blending application, had better add when products screening, the addition level is around 0.2% based on the total amount of the formulation.
