  APPEARANCE: Purple-red liquid.
  PROPERTIES:
  · Soluble in ethanol, oil ; not soluble in water.
  · Good stability to heat and light or in oil.
  · With strong coloring ability. It can be used for the oiliness food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical.
  · Present purple red and good stability in PH9-2 oil aqua.
  · Color Value 490nm: ≥ 120 .
