Properties:
HCPE is soluble in aromatic, ester, ketone and ethylene glycol. It has good compatibility with most inorganic and organic pigments additionally, it has good weather resistance, chemical resistance, oil resitance and ozone resistance. HCPE can replace chlorinated rubber in many application areas.
Applications:
HCPE is mainly used to produce wear resistant, heavy corrosion resistant and self-extingushing coatings, high-grade adhesives and high quality oil printing. As coatings, it can be used in chemical equipment, oil field pipelines, offshore facilities, ship coatings, metallurgy and mine, salt industry, fishing ground, wastes treatment, transportation facilities, container and electrical equipment.
