    Halogen-free flame retardant specialized for epoxy resin and electronic industry

    1. Introduction:
    LFR-8002 is an organic aluminum salt flame retardant containing phosphorus. It is white superfine powder with narrow particle size distribution, high hydrophobicity, high temperature resistance and non-migration. It is mainly applied to engineering plastics such as polyester (PET, PBT) and nylon (glass fiber reinforced), ultrathin adhesive, epoxy based laminates for flexible printed circuit boards, TPE (TPEE, TPU and PEBA). It has excellent flame retardant efficiency with nitrogenous flame retardants.

    3. Application:
    a. 8002 has smaller particle diameter, and it can be applied to multiple areas of epoxy resin and electronic industry, such as functional adhesive for electrical and electronic using, electronic tag, flame retardant ink, epoxy resin electronic pouring sealant, label adhesive and so on. It can meet the strictest flame retardant standard.
    b. Due to its special design of particle size distribution, 8002 is especially suitable for high-end application area, such as ultrathin flexible copper clad laminate (FCCL), FFC insulating film, FFC reinforcement plate and epoxy resin copper clad laminate (CCL), which require halogen-free flame retardant and excellent electrical properties, as well as good thermal stability.
    c. 8002 can not only be used alone, but also can be used simultaneously with other halogen-free flame retardants and inorganic fillers to target higher halogen-free flame retardant efficiency and more excellent performance of electricity, machinery, heat-resisting, etc. High speed stirring can help to achieve the best dispersion of the flame retardant.

    20KG in one paper-plastic composite bag, which is lined with plastic bag;
    Sealed storage in dry, dust-proof and cool place.
