  Introduction:

  l          This type of thermosetting powder coatings are applicable to thermal transfer printing process.

  l          The cured coating after the thermal transfer printing process, can be clear veins, beautiful color of patterns.

  Applications:

  Can be widely used in aluminum windows and doors, indoor metal furniture, security doors, car painting, etc.

  Features:

  This powder coating can reach the general performance requirements, the performance of its features are applicable to thermal transfer technology. The cured coating after the thermal transfer process, can be clear veins, beautiful color of patterns. And the thermal transfer film is easy to remove, no residual traces, can be adjusted according to the different thermal transfer process recipe to achieve the best results.

  	Curing	Recommend 200℃ x 10 minutes, 180℃ x 15 minutes

   

  Packing and Storage:

  Polyethylene bag and paper carton, net weight: 20kg. Non-hazardous materials, can be transported by variety of ways. Should avoid direct sunlight and avoid damp heat, avoid contact with chemical substances.
