Usage:
It is is a stabilized grade. It show good thermal stability and provides excellent performance at low loading levels with minimum effect on polymer properties at higher processing temperatures. It is recommended as an additive flame retardant for critical thermoplastic and thermosetting polymer applications requiring slightly higher thermal stability than HBCD. It is the product of choice for EPS (expanded polystyrene foam) and other styrene based resin systems where improved melt viscosity stability is needed in processing.
