The sequence of thefirst five N-terminal amino acids was determined to be Ser-Pro-Gly-Pro-Val.Contains less than 1% d；This is an antibody fragment consisting of a single monomeric variable antibody domain directed to IL13. Nanobody, with a molecular weight of only 12–15 kDa, is able to bind selectively to a specific antigen like a whole antibody.Interleukin13(IL-13) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the IL13 gene.
