  【Composition】The mixture of acrylic resin and catalyst

  【Application and performance】
  
  1. M-21 Interior matting agent,wax type,used for polyester/epoxy powder coating system.
  2. M-21 has good matting performance,suitable for 3%@60°above gloss.
  3. Chemical matting agent,M-21matting agent/epoxy resin(E-12)=1:2.3.
  4. Stable luster，excellent repeat extrusion properties.
  5. The sensitivity of furnace temperature is small，adopt toaster or black furnace to bake.
  6. It can offer good mechanical property，excellent leveling property,perfect anti-yellowing property and the clear coating effect in the powder coating.
  7. Heavy metal contents of this product conforms to the EU RoHS standard.
  
  【Dosage】
  
  M-21 matting agent premix with other material and extrude . The dosage is 1-5% of the total amount for powder coating formula .The more of the dosage,the lower for the gloss .

  Instruction:
  1.Increasing the content of matting type filler,conducive to matting.
  2.Add suitable accelerator / catalyst to improve impact property,but it may cause the rising of coating surface gloss and the reduce of the leveling performance.
  3. It can match the most of the 5:5 and 6:4 polyesters in domestic market.
  【Package and storage】
  
  The product is packed in polyethylene-lined composite kraft bag, the net weight is 25 kg per bag.
  Sealed, please store in a cool and dry place, far away from heat and fire. Avoid direct sunlight. The reasonable shelf life is at least 12 months.
