  OPERATION DEMAND
  I.Weigh relative water into the dissolve tank according to the quantity ratio (5%:1:7~9; 10%:1:3~6; 20%:1~3),rise the temperature to 80~100C while stirring,then pour relative quantity of iron dextran powder into it slowly.Keep the temperature at 80~100C,stir for one hour.
  II.Open the cooling water to make the temperature to below 40C,adjust the pH around 5.5~6.5 with diluted hydrochloric acid.
  III.Filter by 0.22Um millipore filter,test the iron dextran solution.Then according the tested result,confect to required solution according to the formula:

  C1----required concentration of the solution
  V1----- required volume of the solution
  IV.Filling,Sealing and Sterilization(115C 30 minutes or 121C 20 minutes)after Ultra-filtration.
  V.After refrigeration,wipe bottle and bottle cap clean and then test under light,remove the bottle which ullage,air leakage and have impurity.After Labeling and packing to obtain finish products.
