  Pharmacological Effect: Inhibition of peripheral vascular contraction, lower the vascular resistance, reduce blood press (in clinic), anti-platelet aggregation and antithrombotic.

  Test Condition: Methanol-water(55: 45) , contain 0.01 mol/L triethylamine, glacial acetic acid adjusting pH to 7.5 flow rate: 1.0 mL/min, test wavelength： 254nm（for reference）
