    in an appropriate amount of high-speed stirring water, and a certain amount of the
    hydrosol can be added to the product, or the colloid can be directly stirred and

    thickeners such as xanthan gum and CMC. Care should be taken to avoid
    agglomeration and the colloid needs to be fully dissolved.
