  Lamivudine is a nucleoside analogue, antiviral drugs, the synthesis of viral DNA chain and extend the competitive inhibition. Lamivudine on in vitro and animal experiment in vivo infection of hepatitis B virus (HBV) had a stronger inhibitory effect.
