  Low temperature curing accelerate agent K31
  The low temperature curing accelerate agent K31 is composited of 2-phenyl imidazoline. It is used as the curing agent of the pure epoxy resins or the curing accelerator of epoxy/polyester powder coatings. Meanwhile, it can also be used as a raw material for preparing the indoor matting agent D68 (salts of 2-phenyl-imidazoline and pyromellitic acid).
  
  Product Properties:
  1.It can be used as the indoor pure epoxy, epoxy/polyester powder coatings curing accelerator and reduce the curing temperature or shorten the curing time of powder coatings and increase the impact resistance and corrosion resistance of the coatings.
  2.The product has a high activity, and as a main curing agent of the epoxy resin powder coating, it can achieve 140 ℃/30 min low temperature curing.
  3.Adding 0.05% of the amount can achieve curing accelerator effect.
  4.Compared with 2 - methyl imidazole, the product has a better resistance to yellowing and better coating films surface properties.
  
  Dosage:
  In order to avoid early curing, the extrusion temperature generally should not exceed 100℃, and also not be repeatedly extrusion. The use level is 0.05% by total weight ,Please according to the test to determine the specific amount.
