  Low temperature curing agent KC5040
  Low temperature curing agent KC5040 is a novel synthetic resinous crosslinking agent which contains a variety of functional groups, it could be used to fabricate the intermediate or low-temperature curable functional powder coatings by mixing with many kinds solid epoxy resins.
  
  Product Properties:
  1.The KC5040 used in conjunction with the accelerator KC5250 can achieve low temperature curing. The lowest curing temperature can be reached to 120℃.
  2.The powder coating films could be well cured, with smooth surface, high gloss coating fullness, resistant to yellowing and also cured at a higher temperature. But the high temperature or long time baked can cause yellowing.
  3.The production costs could be reduced by adding a little polyester to formulation and flexibly adjusting the curing temperature.
  
  Dosage:
  The curing condition: 120℃*30min or 125℃*20min。The formulation mass ratio: m（E-12epoxyl resin）: m（KC5040）: m（KC5250）=100:15:2.Please according to the test to determine the specific amount.
