  The Formula
  1. Regard the Magnesium Oxide, Boric acid as the original materials, relying on the flux agent to melt-out, and get the whisker which is without lump, and the size will be control by the way of adding crystal.
  2. Regard the Magnesium chloride, Boric acid as the original materials, after mixing, add some water to take shape. In 10-20º C high temperature, through one to fifty hours of heating, and let the whisker growing. At last, dealing with it by water after the final products being cooled.
  
  Features
  It have a good appearance in reinforcing the materials' strength. High elasticity modulus, heat resistance, mechanical strength, no pollution and non-toxic.
  1. In plastic industry
  It can make a good fluidity during the molding process, and make the whisker disperse well, and surface finish, stabilizing size. The final products can make little and super thin components and parts.
  2. Mangnesum and Aluminum metal
  Relying on its heat resistance, it can improve the mechanical property, and apply its light, high toughness, wear resistance, corrode resistance features into brake pads, engine piston etc, heat reisistance materials.
  3. Ceramic matrix composite
  Improving the impact strength, tensile strength, elasticity modulus of ceramic and glass...And the final parts have successfully applied to cutting tools, wear-resistant parts, astro navigation and army parts up to now.
