  Characteristics and Purposes
   The micronized wax PTFE-0104 has good heat resistance and lubricity that can be used for engineering plastics, lubricants, greases, non-stick coatings, cable and other industries.
   In coating application, it can make the product to have a very low coefficient of friction, and performs an excellent abrasion and scratch resistance. Its main role on coating is to improve the lubrication of the paint, as well as the abrasion and corrosion resistance.
   In powder coating application, the micronized PTFE wax provides a distinct performance on scratch resistance.
   In paints and printing inks applications, PTFE-0104 provides an excellent smoothness (slip). In printing inks, an additional amount between 0.1% ~ 3% of PTFE-0104 can significantly improve the sliding properties of ink, and printing products rubbing, it can avoid the adhesion of the paper products.
