Thermal stability :Optimum operative temperature 60-70oC,during 70-90oC,with the rising of the temperature, reaction rate speeds up, inactivation speeds up too, applicable to the liquefaction process of 90oC(highest).
PH6.0-7.0 more stable; optimum operation is under PH6.0,PH5.0, inactivation is serious.

1 , There are two forms of prepared drugs of Alpha Amylase: solid and liquid.
Solid form can be divided into three kinds: activity: 2000, 4000,6000u/g.
Liquid form, activity : 2000u/ml.
2 , Definition of activity:Under the condition of temperature 60oC ,ph value 6.0, 1g of enzyme powder(or 1ml of enzyme liquid) hydrolysis the quantity(g) of soluable starch in 1 hour, it is the enzyme activity unit, shown by u/ml.
Pack, Transport, store
1, The liquid product is packed in plastic drums. 25kg/drum. 225kg/drum, 1000kg/drum, solid product is packed in PP woven bags, 20kg/bag, or fibre drums 50kg/drum.
2, This product is organic biochemical substance, sunlight, temperature, humidity will cause inactivation of enzyme. So, avoid exposure to sun and drench when being transported. Storehouse should be kept clean, cool and dry.
