  Modified dicyandiamide KC5030 is a fast curing epoxy powder coating curing agent. It has a good compatibility with the epoxy resin and can be used as a latent curing agent of the epoxy resin. It is suitable for preparing antiseptic powder of pure high-gloss epoxy powder or using in conjunction with other additive to form the matt and artistic powder.

  2. Product Properties
  Compared whit Dicyandiamide, this product has a better compatibility, leveling and lower curing temperature.
  This product is used to prepare epoxy powder coating, the coating film light in color, well yellowing resistance. It is suitable for preparing the white and light-colored powder coating.
  The epoxy-based powder coating films preparing of the KC5030 have excellent flexibility, water resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, insulation resistance and decorative, especially，outstanding flexibility.
  
  3. Dosage
  The use level is 7% by weight of epoxyl resin, Curing conditions: 180℃*15min or 170℃*20min, Please according to the test to determine the specific amount.
  
  4. Package & Storage
  Packaging with PE- lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.Sealed packaging, storing in a cool and dry place, reasonable storage shelf life of this product is at least 2 years.
