Description: SilibaseRA-4111 Mould Release Agent for Polyurethane is oil based mold dope for PU s h o e soles, efficiently added polymer chemicals compounded to meet lubrication and gloss appearance, has excellent release force and moulding protection, so that it has unique lowest surface tension, sprayed on the mold has good adhesion. Widely be used in polyurethane, polyester, polyether, and other single-density PU shiny s h o e soles.
Usage Instruction:
● Mold temperature higher than 30 degrees before use release agent.
● The concentrate liquid needs to be diluted, is sprayed evenly onto the mold.
● Recommend use a small-caliber gun, air pressure is greater than 0.3Mpa.
● Adjust spray gun until the discharged liquid to be mist.
● Spray once release agent every time of continuous product demoulding.
Storage & Shelf life:
● SilibaseRA-4111 Mould Release Agent for Polyurethane is stored at warehouse temperature requires higher than 5℃, less than 50℃ in the sealed container.
● SilibaseRA-4111 PU Release Agent shelf life is 12 months at least.
