  Nano-alumina KC3880
  KC3880 adopt gas phase process to produce. Improve the fluidity and fluffy of powers, good anti-caking property.Significantly improve the power charge and make the power ascending rate higher. Applied in all types of powder coatings system. The alternative of AEROXIDE® AluC(Degussa product).
  
  Product properties:
  1. Significantly improve the powder charge and coating ratio. Especially when frictional electrostatic spray, it can solve the corner spray, and it will not affect the gloss for the powers.
  2. Improve the hardness of coating film and scratch resistance, high transparent.
  3. In coil coatings, it can be heat and radiation protective additive.
  
  Dosage:
  Post mixing, used in finished product screening, it will have good effect. Dosage of KC3880 is about 0.1%-0.2% of the total amount. And the actual amount shall be based on the test in laboratory.
