  Pharmacological effects: the product by acting on the bacterial cell membrane associated ribosomes which interfere with bacterial protein synthesis, only short time contact with bacteria can kill them. After oral administration in vivo gastrointestinal absorption range, mainly distributed in the extracellular fluid, and plasma protein binding rate is low (less than 20%), in vivo metabolism, excretion to prototype.
