YC PF resin-polyisocyanate alkane self - hardening resin series is a three-Component adhesive, the Component Ⅰ is phenolic resin (YC - 211), Component Ⅱ is polyisocyanate (YC - 212), Component Ⅲ as catalyst is a liquid amine catalyst. Its curing time can adjust between 30 seconds to 3 hours, the ratio of used time and stripping time of sand can be as high as 75%; with very good liquidity of resin sand, it is very suitable for large quantity continuous production and the production of small batch of casting pieces
Range of application : Suitable for the production of cast Steel, ductile iron, gray iron and various kinds of metal alloys.
