  Penetrating Concrete Waterproofing:
  Other Names: Deep Penetrating Sealer, Crystallization Concrete Wateproofing,
  Inorganic Concrete Waterproofing.
  
  Penetrating Concrete Waterproofing is a silicate-based, surface applied, but penetrating and internal reactive waterproof and protective agent for concrete constructions. By deep penetrating and reacting with the free lime and alkali of the concrete, forms silica gel, which seals the pores and solidifies the concrete into a more voidless and hard structure. Thus, give the concrete structure permanent and comprehensive improvement and protection, such as, sealing, waterproofing, anti-permeating, anti-corrosion, anti-chloride etc, but without changing the concrete color and structure. Recommended for: toilet, basements, subways, highway, station, various pools, bridges, tunnels, dams, seaport docks, water towers, other underground buildings etc.
  
  Characteristics and Functions:
  1. Easy, fast and safe to apply.
  2. Permanent waterproofing, moisture-proofing, anti-permeating.
  3. Excellent resistance to acid, alkali, salt and hydrostatic pressure.
  4. Reduces dusting, efflorescence, cracking.
  5. Self seals up to 0.3mm cracks repeatedly.
  6. Reduces the damage of freeze/thaw cycle.
  7. Discouraging the growth of moss and mold.
  8. Anti-chloride to protect the steel re-bars from corrosion.
  9. Prolong the service life of the finished coating and concrete structure.
  10. Don’t need leveling layer and protective layer.
  11. Not changes the concrete’s color and structure.
  
  Coverage:
  Approximately 3-5m2/KG(120-200 square feet/Gal).
  
  Safety:
  Odorless, free of VOC, non-toxic, non-flammable, eco-friendly.
  
  Application:
  1. Clean up the substrate surface before using.
  2. Shake well before using.
  3. Apply with low pressure sprayer, brush or roller, directly and evenly spray/brush the DPS on the clean concrete surface,
  average coverage: 3-5m2/kg.
  4. Vertical walls should be applied from the bottom to up, left to right.
  5. Spray DPS for the 2nd time after 24h of the 1st application.
  6. After 7days, the treated surface can be started following works.
  
  Notes:
  Shake well before using.
  Applicable temperature 5-35℃, surface temperature 2-33℃, relative humidity 10-90% is the best.
  Cracks>>0.3mm, need repair first.
  Can’t be used to seal visible cracks or stop leakage by itself.
  In case of eye or skin contact, wash immediately with clean water.
