Description Silibase-9856 is a phenyl-modified polymethylphenylsiloxane. The product is co-soluble with ethanol and mineral oils. It can be used in the formulations to improve the functions of cosmetic ingredients. Silibase-9856 could be used as a waterproof additive to reduce the viscosity of the formulation so that many effects can be achieved, such as the oxidation resistance, UV protection, gas permeable, softness, smooth, and so on. It can be used in skin care cream/lotion, shaving cream, sun proof, etc. It is also an ideal ingredient for hair care products to improve the glossing.

Applications Silibase-9856 can be used in a wide range of personal care applications, such as color cosmetics, skin care, sun care, hair care, and so on.
How to Use Silibase-9856 can be emulsified with common emulsifiers and methods. The product is co-soluble with ethanol and mineral oils and has excellent compatibility with other cosmetic ingredients such as isopropyl alcohol, paraffin oil, beeswax, paraffin, and wool oil.
The recommended usage level of Silibase-9856 is 0.5-5%.
Package Silibase-9856 is supplied in 50Kg plastic containers, 200Kg iron drums. Samples are available upon request in bottles.
Storage and
Transport Silibase-9856 is non-dangerous product. In storage and transportation, prevent from the exposure of moisture, acid, alkalis and other impurities.
The product has at least 24 months shelf life from the date of production at room temperature.
Cautions Silibase-9856 is neither tested nor suggested in the medical and pharmaceutical applications.
