  Polyurethane curing agent KC5300 is blocked isocyanate polymers, equivalent to the Degussa B-1530,used as a polyurethane powder coating curing agent.

  Appearance:Colorless particle
  Softening point:90℃-110℃
  Tg:40℃-65℃
  Equivalent:275-285g/mol
  2. Product Properties
  It could be made into different properties powder coatings when mixed with different hydroxyl value polyesters.
  It can provide a flat and smooth coat film which has an excellent fluidity and mechanical properties.
  It can provide the film excellent weather resistant, well storage properties and chemical resistance, good color stability over baked.
  3. Dosage
  The use level is 20% by weight of 40mgKOH/g Hydroxyl value polyester, Please according to the test to determine the specific amount.
  4. Package & Storage
  Packaging with PE- lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.Sealed packaging, storing in a cool and dry place, reasonable storage shelf life of this product is at least 2 years.
