  Applications:

  1, Pyruvic acid is a main material for the production of amino acid, phenylalanine, and Vitamin B family, material for biological synthesis of L-DOPA, also as an initiator for polyvinyl;
  2, Pyruvic acid is the intermediate for bactericide containing probenazole;
  3, Pyruvic acid is a spice, which is allowed in food regulated in GB2760-1996;
  4, Pyruvic acid can be used in organic synthesis and biochemical research;
  5, In biochemical research, pyruvic acid is used to assay primary alcohol and secondary alcohol, assay color agent for fatty amine, and measure transaminase;
  6, Pyruvic acid can be used as medicine raw material and food additive, used in the production of depressant, antioxidant, antiviral agent, and synthesis for the medicine of cure high blood pressure.

  Storage and Transportation Conditions: With package as 25kg or 200kg plastic drum or according to the customer’s requirement, the material should be stored in a cool and dry place with tightly sealed. Avoid to mixed loading with alkaline materials and the materials with oxidation character, keep packing intact in storage and transportation.
