• Detailed Description:

  SFT size is an acrylate-based sizing agent via emulsion polymerization of hydrophobic monomers remaining prominent.
  Property
  The product has good emulsion stability and water solubility and can be diluted with cold water. It has higher adhesion to hydrophobic fibers(such as polyester). Its size film has good strength and abrasion resistance. Its sensitivity to moisture is close to PVA,but it can quickly dissolve in hot water. Desizing effluent almost has no pollution to environment.
  The product mainly applied for high ratio T/C blends and can overcome the insufficient adhesion of PVA and other acrylate-based sizes.
  The product can replace PVA and be sued together with modified starch for warp sizing of T/C blends.

  Appearance：white emulsion
  Ionicity：anionic/nonionic
  Solid content: 25±1%, 20±1%
  viscosity: 6-12mPa·s (25℃, 3%)
  pH value：6-7
  Solubility：diluted with water at any temperature
  Application
  SFT can be added one-off together with PVA and starch into size mixer to heat and cook. Also, it can be added together with PVA when starch solution is heated up to above 80℃ or be added before boiling and then agitating and mixing for 10 min.
  Packing and storage
  Packing：25kg, 50kg in plastic drum 
  Storage：Kept in dark, cool and dry place, avoiding insolation, preventing impaction during transport.
