  SFX sizing afterwaxing agent is a kind of novel soluble wax containing several surfactants, which imparts excellent smoothness and antistatic properties to sized yarns, thus reducing the breakage of sized yarns and improving loom efficiency and product quality.
  Application
  The surface smoothness of sized yarns can be improved by coating SFX sizing afterwaxing agent on the surface of dried sized-yarn. It can decrease the friction coefficient and static accumulation of warp yarns during weaving, thus reducing the breakage of sized yarns and improving loom efficiency. SFX sizing afterwaxing agent can be applied to cotton fabrics, polyester/cotton blends, polyester/rayon blends,etc. Good effects also can be obtained when being used for flax fabrics and yarn-dye silk fabrics.

  Solubility：completely soluble in 65℃ water with milk white appearance and easy to desize

  Wax dosage: usually 0.2-0.3% (on weight of yarn)
   Temperature of wax bath：90-95 ℃
