  Sand profile wax KC4610 is polyethylene wax modified fluoropolymer, it suit for the fine of powder coatings that has the strong three-dimensional sense of Sand profile. It can replace American SHAMROCK product PT-61.

  2. Product feature
  It has strong dimensional sense of sand profile, thin, resistant, good scratch resistance, extrusion quickly, add a small amount.
  With its production of Sand profile powder, the gloss is slightly higher than conventional Sand profile agents, it can be formulated 20% matte effect of Sand profile powder coatings.
  It suit for epoxy, epoxy / polyester, polyester / TGIC powder coatings and other systems.
  3. Dosage
  This product is used by added to involve in extrusion, the dosage is 0.2%-1% of the total amount. Please according to the test to determine the specific amount.
  4. Packaging and storage
  In the cardboard drum, the net weight is 20kg。Sealed packaging is stored in a cool and dry place, the shelf life is at least 2 years in the reasonable storage.
