  CM-3 is a kind of polyester resin mixed with epoxy resin in (70:30) for producing epoxy/polyester powder coatings.

  5. Extrusion Condition

  Double kneading screw temp:100℃±5；particle size μm max:100；

  Curing condition：180℃×15min

  6. Application Condition

  Spray tension KV：40-60；Degreased cold-rolled steel mm : 0.5

  7. Film Properties

  Thickness μm60±10；Gloss 60°：>86%；Adhension（Gloss-hatch 2mm）：0；

  Bending≤6mm；Impact kg.cm: 50；Hardness（pencil）H：1-2

  8. Package and Storage

  Every PVC bag contains 25 kg, stored in dry and well ventilated place at temperature below 30℃, for 1 year.
