  Scratch-resistant agent KC6010 is a kind of polyethylene wax with high melting point, it can improve film hardness. Due to the poor compatibility with the powder coating resins, it is easily dispersed and migrate to the surface of the coatings to form the uniformly distributed protective layer in the forming film process. It can also reduce the friction coefficient and improve scratch resistance and smoothness of the coating properties.
  
  Dosage:
  Directly adding into powder coatings and mixing extrusion together. The dosage is 0.5%-2% of the total amount. Please accord to the test to determine the specific amount.
