  hardening cement, with no harmful
  corrosive effect on steel

  ADDITIVE. The amount to be added
  in concrete ranges between 0.5%
  and 1.5% as the project demands.

  agent must be kept in a dry
  place; in case coagulums have
  been formed, it should be broken
  into powder before put to use,
