Metal Cutting Machine Working Principle
Laser device of our stainless carbon steel cutting machine based on High Intensity Discharge (HID) as its driving source, outputs laser beam with high energy and density, and gathered on the surface of metal materials surface, melt and gasify the irradiated area by laser spot partly& flashily. It moves the laser spot shining location and achieves automatic cutting through computer controlled CNC Machinery System. It is one High-tech equipment which units the features of laser tech, precision machinery tech and CNC tech.
Main Features
1. The product adopts fiber laser optical system. The optical mode is scientific and stable. Anyway, the cut kerfs are very small and precision.
2. It adopts dual rails positioning system and ball screw driven system. The machine has the advantages of fast speed, high precision, moving smoothly, dynamic performance and long life.
3. X-axis and Y-axis are both equipped with limited switches that used to prevent the crash caused by the over travel. Anyway, there are polyurethane anti-collision blocks on the machine in case of the failure of the limited switches. The limited switches and the blocks guaranteed the operating security.
4. This equipment adopts mechanical following cutting head. Make use of the photoelectric autofcous, adjusting the focus distance, raising to process the precise degree, keeping the material surface from row wound/ damage.
