Detailed Description:
Sintered zirconium corundum AZS bricks manufacturing process: The content of ZrO2 in zircon concentrate should be above 65% in the production of AZS bricks, the content of ZrO2, Fe2O3 and CaO should be less than 1%. The zircon powder and alumina powder (or bauxite powder) should be fully mixed and processed into wastebillet, made of clinker after high temperature calcination. Then the clinder can be manufactured into the AZS burnt brick by crushing, grinding, mixing, molding, drying and sintering at 1700℃.http://www.slazs.com
