  Soaping powder is a highly-concentrated formulation of inorganic salts and surfactants, used for soaping treatment after dyeing/printing. cheap cost, but high concentration, wide applicable range, and strong wash-off performance.
  
  Properties
  1. good fluidity, dust-free.
  2. good performance to wash off free dyes from fabrics, improve fastness.
  3. no influence to shade.
  4. wide applicable range, used for soaping on polyester, wool, nylon, acrylic, cellulose fabrics.
  
  Specification
  Appearance: white powder
  PH value: 9 (2% solution)
  Solubility: soluble in water
  Compatibility: anionic --- good, nonionic --- good, cationic --- bad.
  Stability: hard water --- good, acid/alkali --- good, electrolytic --- good.
  
  Application
  Used for soaping treatment on polyester, wool, nylon, acrylic, cotton, and other cellulose fabrics.
  
  How to use
  As this product is a highly-concentrated with solid content at 92%, it can be diluted with water into 1 : 8-10. that is to say, dilution of 10-12% will meet the requirement of end users. How to dilute: add soaping powder into 30-50℃ water gradually, stirring meanwhile.
  Dosage(10% dilution): 1-2 g/L
