Description:

Sodium chlorate is a white or yellowish crystal;the proporition thereof is2.49 and the melting point
is 248 to 261oC ;it is salty and cool;Sodium chlorate is extremely hygroscopic,soluble in water and
sloightlysoluble in alcohol;while being heated to 300oC and above,it is easyto decompose and then
release oxygen.Inaddition,it has afunction of strongoxidizing in acid solution.

Usage:

Sodium chlorate is mainly used for manufacturingchlorine dioxide,sodium chlorate, and other chlorate
and perchlorate,Meanwhile,it is also used in the bleached paper pulp of the papermaking industry,the
herbicide ,theoxidizing agent ,the dye printing ,the tanning ,the medicine,the metallurgy andthe
mineral processing ,etc.
