Soluble starch is a kind of white or almost white powder, odorless and tasteless, insoluble in cold water. It can be a transparent solution in hot water, and it does not freeze after cooling. Generally it can be made of rice, corn, millet, and potatoes. Soluble starch, but soluble starch made from sweet potato starch has the best quality. The sweet potato starch has relatively coarse particles, and the outer film is easily broken when it is hydrolyzed, and it is easy to dry.
