Molecular strusture:
1. Manufacturing Methods: commonly known as Nigrosine Spirit Soluble. Different compounds of the process is: (a) 1-Nitrobenzene and aniline and anilinehydrochloride and iron or copper in 180 ~ 200 ℃ heating; (b) will Nitrophenol or Nitrocresols, aniline and aniline hydrochloride and a small amount of iron in 180 ~ 200 ℃ heating.
2. Properties and Applications: blue black. Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol is blue-black, soluble in benzene and toluene, soluble in acid and stearic acid. In concentrated sulfuric acid for blue to blue black, dilution after blue-black precipitation; In concentrated nitric acid for blue to black blue. The dye which is components mixture.
