  Special texture agent KC4020 is a kind of polyether, which has low surface tension. It can be used to produce large wrinkles, especially for large wrinkle powder coating by added it into base powder coatings, it also suit for thick workpiece, casting parts, matt powder coatings which is difficult to form texture figures.
  
  Product feature:
  1.This product can be applied to produce texture for thick workpiece, casting parts and other materials which is difficult to form texture by other methods.
  2.The base powder coatings with leveling agent or not cannot affect the final film texture.
  3.Suitable for all types of powder coatings, including pure epoxy, epoxy/polyester, polyester/TGIC, polyester / hydroxyalkyl amides, polyurethanes and acrylic and other systems.
  
  Dosage:
  This product is used by external added into base powder coating, the dosage is 0.05%-0.5% of the formula total amount. According to the test, we can determine the best dosage.
