  Transfer wax KC6120 is mainly used in thermal transfer powder coatings, the transfer lines is clear and easy to tear after adding it, while it can enhance the fullness and smoothness of the film, and it can improve scratch resistance.
  
  Dosage:
  This product is used by added to involve in extrusion, The use level is 0.1~0.3% by weight based on total formula. Please according to the test to determine the specific amount.When it is used with other wax together, it can be appropriate to reduce the dosage.
  
  Announcements:
  1.The coating should be ensure to cure complete, we can appropriately increase in the first baking temperature and extend the baking time.
  2.The baking temperature should be lower than the first that about 15°C after sticker.
