Detailed Description:
Conforming to GB8076-1997 Standard of "Concrete Admixtures"
UXP is a high-efficiency ( high performance ) water reducer recently developed by our company and a newest domestic polycarboxylate water reducer of high performance, with the advantages of high water-reducing rate, low admixing quantity, low slump, no toxicity and no pollution.
[ Applicable Range ] :
1. Applicable to pouring or prefabricating, prestressing reinforced concrete as well as breeze-admixed concrete.
2. Applicable to preparation of various strengthened high-performance concrete, PHC pipe pile, pumping concrete etc.
3. Having good adaptability to silicate cement, common silicate cement, slag silicate cement, breeze silicate cement and pozzuolana silicate cement.
[ Main Performance] :
1. UXP-type liquid product enjoys the appearance of yellowish liquid with low content of sodium sulphate, very low content of chloride, no toxicity and corrosion with the density of 1.040±0.020g/ml, not generating deposit, belonging to non-inflammable substances
2. This product enjoys the water-reducing rate of above 20-30% and can save cement by above 20%.
3. It has high plasticizing performance and can be used in the manufacture of high quality fluid plasticized concrete, with small slump when concrete being pumped.
4. High performance concrete with super-high strength, high-elasticity modulus, high-permeability-resistant, low contraction as well as good durability etc.
[ Recommended Quantity ] : 0.5-1.5% ( Calculated as the total quantity of cement or cementing material )
[ Use Method ] :
1. According the demand to concrete, determine the admixing quantity after test.
2. This product should be added into the concrete wit water being mixed.
3. This product is not allowed to be used with naphthalin-group high-Efficiency water reducer.
[ Matters Needing Attention] :
Stored in sealed containers, avoiding rain, sunlight and freezing with the shelf life of 6 months.
