  Dicyandiamide, also known as cyano guanidine.dicyandiamide, molecular formula C2H4N4, could be applied to medicine, dyes, rubber, printing, steel, fertilizer and other fields, Mainly used as epoxy powder coating curing agent.
  1. Technical Parameters
  Appearance: White ultrafine powder
  Main content: ≥97.5%
  Dispersant: ≤2.0%
  Particle size（Dv50）: 0.5-10μm
  2. Product Properties
  The epoxy powder coatings curing by dicyandiamide at high temperature could form into excellent properties coat films, this coat films color is very light and non-yellowing.
  This product is of fine powder, small particle diameter , good dispersibility in resin. compared to ordinary dicyandiamide , curing effect is better.
  The KC5020 is difficult to react with epoxy resins at less than 180 degrees, and requires a long time, the curing temperature could be reduced by adding a curing accelerator.
  3. Dosage
  The use level is 4% by weight of epoxyl resin, Curing conditions: 200℃*15min, Please according to the test to determine the specific amount.
  4. Package & Storage
  Packaging with PE- lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.Sealed packaging, storing in a cool and dry place, reasonable storage shelf life of this product is at least 2 years.
