  Water Soluble Capsicum Oleoresin
  Product details： Water soluble capsicum oleoresin is obtained from capsicum oleoresin by emulsification,modification, and homogenization. It is a kind of natural spicy sauce with components of capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin, and also small part of paprika oleoresin.
  Application: mainly used as food sauce.
  
  Use： Add the mix directly. Proposed use :0.01-0.2% or as needed to add.
  Appearance:dark brown sticky liquid, very spicy with characteristic odour.
  Quality indicators:
  Capsaicin content ≥0.5%
  Solvent Residue (as Hexane) ≤25mg/kg
  Lead（Pb） ≤30mg/kg
  
  Arsenic（As） ≤3mg/kg
  
  Product Quality is complied with the Enterprise Standards Q/STY004-2008 and Standards of FAO/WHO.
  
  Storage and Shelf-life:keep out of sunlight or high temperature. Store in cool and dry conditions. Once open the package, pls use it up or sealed as soon as possible. Shelf-life: 12 months
