  A. Product Introduction
  The high-grade water-based ink is formulated with nanoscale organic(inorganic) pigments, imported special acrylic emulsion and related additives by certain physical mixing; non heavy metals and plasticizers, non-VOC emission, odorless, non-toxic, complying with food package standards; used in printing by simply adding water or alcohol; specially innovated for food soft package printing.

  1. OPP/PE, OPP/CPP, PET/PE, NY/PE of composite laminate bags for food soft packages;
  2. Napkin and toilet tissue packages.

  1. Stable ability; Long storage time (sealed for more than one year).
  2. High color chroma; High solid content; Low viscosity; Excellent liquidity; Good for rotogravure printing.
  3..Excellent adhesion and water proofness.
  4. Excellent color strength; Good color transition.
  5. Finely dispersed and overall evenly distributed; Fast drying; Excellent leveling.
  6. High temperature and boiling resistance, hydrogen peroxide resistance and chemicals resistance (oil, acid, alkali, detergent).
  7. Good rub resistance; Excellent transferability and recoatability.

  The primaries: magenta, cyan, yellow, black, white; and spot-colors: gold, pink, orange red, bright red; or we can provide color matching service by Pantone color numbers and your original samples.
  
  E. Ink Storage
  1. General storage under seal for more than one year.
  2. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
  3. Sealed the remaining ink after use to avoid viscosity increasing and skinning by water evaporation.
  
  F. Packing
  Packed in plastic or metal pail, net weight: 15kg/pail.
