• Detailed Description:

  1) Application: used for the cord of ACSR (Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced) cable,cultivation in greenhouses, farms, cotton packing, springs and wire rope manufacturing.
  
  2) Diameter: 0.3mm to 6.0mm
  
  3) Standard: ASTM B498M-98(2002), ASTM A475-98, BS4565-1990, BS183, BS443
  
  4) Packing: In coil, on wooden drum/reel, Z2 packing or any other packing
  
  
  Galvanized steel wire is 45 #, 65 #, 70 #, such as high-quality carbon structural steel drawing, and then by the galvanized (Electro-galvanized or hot-dip galvanizing) formed.
  
  Physical Properties: galvanized steel wire surface smooth, bright and clean, there is no crack, the festival, from the thorn injuries and rust, zinc coating uniformity, strong adhesion, corrosion resistance and lasting strength, excellent toughness and elasticity. Tensile strength should be between 900Mpa-2200Mpa (wire diameter Φ0.2mm-Φ4.4mm). To reverse the number (Φ0.5mm) in more than 20 times, repeatedly bending in more than 13 times.
