EX-HX3 is made of a number of overlapped #316 stainless steel plates by stamping process. In the condition of vacuum and high temperature, these plates are soldered with copper or nickel carefully. Therefore, EC-HX3 heat echanger, heat transfer, heat interchanger has very high leak-tightness and the soldered point of each two plates has very strong mechanical strength. There are two kinds of liquids/transmitter was separated by each rippled plate and the heat exchanging efficiently proceed in side of the EC-HX3, heat exchanger.
Compared with the traditional fin-tube type design and shell-tube type design, It is smaller and efficient. (The volume of traditional fin-tube type and shell-tube type heat exchanger, heat transfer, is 10 times of EC-HX3 at the condition of same heat exchanging area while the heat interchanging efficiency is only about 60~75% of EC-HX3’s. )
